I’m so grateful to be following the calling of doing spiritual, intuitive work with others. Every day, I recognize how fortunate I am to be helping others realize just how powerful and magical they really are.
My soul’s journey in this lifetime started out with a very dysfunctional childhood in a chaotic environment. I couldn’t feel safe at home, the exact place a kid needs to be able to relax and play. Even when I was as young as five years old, I remember feeling that there must be more to life than what I was experiencing. I gravitated towards wise, powerful adults outside of my family and tried to collect as many friends as I could to make sure I had support. I became a “social butterfly” in my childhood and adolescence, looking externally for love and happiness but still, I was totally disconnected from myself.
When I was 21, I woke up one morning with severe pain in my body. That was the beginning of a long road of personal growth work, trauma therapy, body-mind awareness, and soul-searching. I slowly started to see that in order to heal, I needed to get to know myself and step out of fear and into a space of love. This took time, dedication, and faith that I was a spiritual being living a human experience and that I could literally rewire old programming. All of this took many years and many mistakes. Honestly, none of the healing has been easy but it has been extremely rewarding.
In my late 20’s, I decided to pivot from my career as a Special Education teacher and go to graduate school for Social Work. From there, I was introduced to the world of somatic healing, which dramatically changed the way I thought about life and how to live it. Connecting to mind-body modalities was changing me and changing my clients but it wasn’t until I fully immersed myself in spiritual practices that transformational healing began to unfold.
Learning about the Akashic Records in 2016 revealed another layer of healing that I had been missing. I started to channel information from my soul’s perspective and from the perspective of other people’s souls. I had always known I was an intuitive but having a process to access such a loving, wise resource was revolutionary for me. My purpose on this earth started to solidify and I felt supported by beings that I couldn’t see but knew were on my side.
Every day, I am moving forward with my own inner guidance from the dance of the mind, body AND the spirit. To leave one of these behind is to leave ourselves behind and I am honored to help you on this journey of coming home to yourself.
In 2012, I earned my Masters in Social Work from Hunter College in NYC. I worked for several years in Medical Social Work at a Cancer Center. In 2015, I became a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I also finished Level 1 and Level 2 of Internal Family Systems and I completed all three levels of EMDR through the Parnell Institute. I’ve taken numerous courses to get attuned to and deepen my connection to the Akashic Records. Additionally, I have been personally participating in a brain retraining program called Dynamic Neural Retraining System for the past 18 months, learning and living all things neuroplasticity.
I am an empathic healer that creates a warm environment for people to grow and change. I refer to myself as a guide because I truly believe in a collaborative healing process - I am not the expert - your body, mind, and soul are the experts in the room. I love helping folks lean into what’s already working in their lives in order to foster more and more of that positive energy. Most of all, I love laughing with clients and tapping into the magic of our connection and the connection they have to themselves.
