Spiritual Coaching

This longer-term guidance option is used for people who are ready to take Soul Sessions to the next level - it is for people who want to implement big changes in their lives and are open to following divine intelligence to do so. As your spiritual coach, I will use the Akashic Records, other intuitive information, and neuroplasticity techniques in order to focus on one to three specific issues in your life over a period of time. I offer packages of 3, 6 and 9 meetings. People often engage in a course of spiritual coaching as an alternative to psychotherapy.

Akashic Records

Accessing the Akashic Records on a regular basis can be an incredible way to dig deeper into life-long patterns and how they manifest in our everyday lives. Information from the Records can help a person heal just by receiving the insight, since this kind of information carries a vibration that is specifically for you. The Records relay messages using language and references you can understand. In spiritual coaching sessions, we will use these messages to evolve your action steps and to assess the progress you are making toward your desired life changes.
